What's in here:

Cost of Goods

Track how much you spent on individual items as well as how much of your money is currently sitting in your death pile (oops).

Profit vs. Sales Price

Track how much an item sold for in addition to your gross profit get a clear picture of item desirability and how to price items in the future with Poshmark's fees in mind.

Measurements

Add them right in the sheet and use my notes on what to include for different types of pieces.

Yearly Poshmark Profit Calculator

Track how you're doing for the year so far by adding new sheets to the calculation on the Summary page.

Brand/Size Info

And be sure to note whether the size is men's or women's if you switch back and forth.

Item Condition

Use my notes for how to describe items on a sliding scale. Always note any flaws (wash wear, pilling, fading, spots, etc).

Item Description

Depending on how much of an item you have, you'll want to be specific so as to jog your own memory later.

Color Coding

I use green cell fills to indicate sales, red to show listed items, orange to note I need to take an action on an item (like get its measurements), and purple to note a needed stain treatment or repair. Feel free to get creative with this or use another system if it suits you better.
