Step 1: Install the Extension

If you haven’t yet, download and install the extension from the Chrome store. Once installed, open a Chrome browser and click the puzzle piece icon at the top of your window to find and “pin” ClosetWitch’s purple witch hat icon by clicking the gray thumbtack icon.

Note: The icon will turn blue when successfully pinned, and you’ll also see the purple witch hat appear at the top of your browser window.

Step 2: Navigate to Your Poshmark Closet

Navigate to your Poshmark closet in your browser (make sure you’re in “My Closet” where all of your listings appear).

Step 3: Click the Extension Icon to Open

Click the ClosetWitch Extension (purple witch hat) in the upper right corner of your browser window to open the extension.

(Not seeing it? Click the puzzle piece icon at the top of your browser to find and “pin” ClosetWitch’s purple witch hat icon by clicking the gray thumbtack icon. The thumbtack will turn blue when the extension is pinned.)

Free Accounts

To Share:

• Select the sharing icon view (megaphone icon), choose Magic or Mortal speed, select Standard or Random mode, then hit “Start Sharing.”

To Comp:

• Create a free account at closetwitch.com.
• Navigate to Poshmark, open the ClosetWitch extension, and log in via the account icon.
• Select the crystal ball icon. Type in a brief description of the item you want to comp, select relevant category (men’s, women’s, etc), choose Available or Sold listings, and adjust Sort selection as desired. Hit “Search.”

ProLite Accounts

Begin by clicking the account icon in the extension and log in with the same email and password you used to create your account while purchasing ProLite. Once you’re logged in, you will have full access to ProLite features.

To Relist:

• Select the Relisting icon view (circular arrows), select the items you want to relist, adjust prices if desired, then hit “Relist Items.”

To Adjust Prices:

• Select the Prices icon view (dollar sign), adjust default pricing settings, deselect/select items you want to adjust prices for, adjust individual prices if desired, then hit “Apply.”

To Send Offers:

• Select the Offers icon view (percent sign), adjust default discount/shipping deal if desired, deselect/select items you want to send offers for, adjust individual discounts/shipping deals if desired, then hit “Send Offers.”

To Adjust Prices:

• Select the Prices icon view (dollar sign), adjust default pricing settings, deselect/select items you want to adjust prices for, adjust individual prices if desired, then hit “apply.”

To Adjust Prices:

• Select the Prices icon view (dollar sign), adjust default pricing settings, deselect/select items you want to adjust prices for, adjust individual prices if desired, then hit “apply.”

Note: Leave the window open and visible as your action processes.

Pro Accounts

Getting Started:

• Navigate to closetwitch.com/inventory and sign in.
• Follow on-page instructions for adding items by hand or important from an existing spreadsheet (or reach out via [email protected] if you need help transferring from a different system).

To Add Items to Inventory:

• Navigate to closetwitch.com/inventory and sign in.
• Click “Add New Item”
• Need to add in bulk or from your Poshmark Closet? Reach out to [email protected] for assistance.

To List and Inventory Item:

• Click “Add New It
• Navigate to closetwitch.com/inventory and sign in.
• Search for your item and click “Create Listing”
